🐉 How to Beat Dynamax Latios & Latias
Both Pokémon share the same Dragon/Psychic typing and weaknesses (Ghost, Dark, Ice, Dragon, etc.), which means you can use the same dream team to take them both down. They hit hard with Dragon and Psychic moves, so be prepared!
Damage Dealers: Choose Your Ultimate Weapon!
Your dealer's job is simple: melt the boss's HP bar with overwhelming power.
👻 Gigantamax Gengar (Top Priority):
- Recommended Moves: Shadow Claw / Shadow Ball
- Strategy: The ultimate glass cannon! Gengar is the strongest dealer for this raid, hitting their Ghost-type weakness hard. Its defense is low, so it absolutely needs the protection of the tanks listed below. While your tanks draw fire, Gengar will be dishing out insane damage from the back line!
🐲 Dynamax Charizard (The Wild Card):
- Recommended Moves: Dragon Breath / Dragon Claw
- Strategy: This is a big-brain play! If you've got a Charizard with the legacy Fast Move 'Dragon Breath', it can use the Dragon-type 'Max Wyrmwind' when it Dynamaxes. This turns it into a surprise Dragon-type attacker, which is super effective.
Tanks: Build an Unbreakable Wall!
A tank's job is to use 'Max Guard' to soak up damage and keep your glass cannon dealers safe.
🛡️ Zacian (Top Priority):
- Strategy: The perfect defensive matchup! Zacian resists both Dragon and Psychic-type attacks, making it the best specialized tank for this raid. It can just sit there, use Max Guard, and effortlessly absorb hits.
🌊 Gigantamax Lapras (The All-Rounder):
- Strategy: A fantastic multi-role Pokémon. It resists Dragon attacks while also being able to hit back with super-effective Ice-type moves. It can tank and deal damage at the same time!
❤️ Snorlax/Blissey (The Reliable HP Sponges):
- Strategy: While they don't have special type advantages, their massive HP pools make them incredibly durable. They are a super safe and reliable choice for your second tank slot to ensure team stability.
